The bus station is just a 10-minute walk away, the room is clean and stylish, and the staff members are friendly.

The double room was amazing! The air-conditioning kept me cool during the hot Istanbul days, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I loved the soundproof walls and the peaceful street view from the room. It felt like a cozy retreat from the bustling city. Plus, having a minibar and a tea/coffee maker was a nice touch.

If I have to choose one thing I liked less, it would be the bed linen and towels. They were decent, but I prefer something a bit softer and more luxurious.

Berfinn Hotel Ortakoy in Istanbul is my favorite property. the hotel is amazing, clean, and has friendly and excellent staff. It is located in an unbeatable and great location, just a short distance from everywhere. the rooms are neat, well-designed, and spacious.

I always return for a city trip. Staff printed my boarding pass on my first stay, making me feel special. With free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning, this spot suits me perfectly. I also appreciate the laundry service and flat-screen TV. Great for hassle-free stays!

In this hotel located on a pedestrianised street in a vibrant market area very close to the ferry stop, you will find yourself slightly away from everything yet easily connected. The hotel's central location allows you to reach the park in just 14 minutes, providing a tranquil escape. Additionally, you can stroll to the Bosphorus shore and enjoy the breathtaking view. The rooms are clean and offer excellent hygiene, with friendly staff ensuring a comfortable stay. They even went above and beyond by accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests.

There were a few instances where the housekeeping staff cleaned the room despite a "do not disturb" sign, which may cause some security concerns.

We had a great stay at Berfinn Hotel Ortakoy. the location was top, notch, quiet, and clean. the staff was very helpful and even assisted us with our bags to the 3rd floor. We arrived early due to our early flight, but they kindly checked us in before the usual 2 pm check, in time. This allowed us to rest after a long flight. they allowed us to check out later at 1:30 pm instead of 2 pm to accommodate our late, night flight. We really enjoyed the neighborhood of Ortakoy, which was slightly away from the busy city center but still easily accessible via ferry for sightseeing. the hotel and rooms were impeccably clean, and the location right in front of the sea was perfect for exploring the nearby shopping, restaurants, mosque, ferry station, and more. We highly recommend Berfinn Hotel Ortakoy for its excellent location and helpful staff. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 😉.
